Cloud Storage Policy

Effective date: January 2026

1. Storage Usage

Cloud storage hosts and manages digital assets like product images and downloadable files. Usage is calculated based on total file size in your account.

2. Billing & Payments

  • • Storage billed based on selected plan and period
  • • All prices confirmed before checkout
  • • Payments processed securely
  • • Storage applied immediately after payment

3. No Refunds & No Cancellations

All storage purchases are final and non-refundable. Storage plans cannot be cancelled once purchased.

If unused, allocated storage remains available until the end of your billing period.

4. Storage Limits & Enforcement

  • • Cannot exceed purchased storage limit
  • • Uploads may be restricted when quota is reached
  • • WebCart may suspend uploads or deactivate products if storage is full

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for uploaded content. WebCart is not liable for accidental deletion, corruption, or loss caused by user actions, third-party integrations, or force majeure events.

6. Abuse & Prohibited Content

Storage may not host illegal or abusive content. WebCart reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating laws or platform policies.

Frequently Asked Questions

WebCart takes a 20% platform fee on all sales. With affiliates, you also pay their commission. For example: $100 sale with 30% affiliate = $50 creator earnings.
You control the affiliate commission percentage for each product. Enable "Allow Affiliate Sales" in product settings and set your preferred commission rate from 0-70%.
Payouts are processed Monday-Friday. Low amounts are processed instantly, while higher payouts may take 1-5 business days. Withdrawal fees apply: GHS 1 for mobile, GHS 8 for bank transfer.
Storage usage depends on your uploaded files. You can purchase additional storage anytime. If you reach your limit, uploads may be restricted until you purchase more storage.
Storage plans cannot be cancelled once purchased. However, if unused, your allocated storage remains available until the end of your billing period. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
